Is there a booking fee?

A 50% retainer fee is due at the time of booking to secure your time and date. An invoice will be sent to your email after you select a date and time.

How long is my gallery available for?

Your online gallery will be available for at least 3 weeks.

Is there a late fee?

If you arrive late to a session it will result in loss of time to get the best possible images during your shoot.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Clients reserve the right to cancel any session with a 48 hour prior notice at no additional fee. Canceling or rescheduling under 48 hours may result in forfeiting your retainer fee. Own The Field reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any session due to illness, personal emergency or inclement weather. If for any reason your original session cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued.

Are there any additional fees?

If you would like to book an evening session, it is a $20 additional fee. Rush Photos (48 hour turnaround time) is an additional $30. Each shoot includes up to 2 people, every additional person over 5 years old is $10

When will I receive my portraits?

We strive to have your portraits edited and uploaded within 1-2 weeks after your session. If your portraits require special attention, your wait may be longer. We appreciate your patience!
